Our client is a Luxembourg based investment holding company with a strong regional focus.
The function is mainly a corporate housekeeping function, whereby you will prepare the meetings of the executive committee and of the board of directors, to take care of the publication of corporate documents, to manage the shareholder register etc. Besides the corporate housekeeping tasks, you will also take care of the administrative management of group of companies, liaising with the teams abroad and managing the agendas and meetings of the members of the executive comittee.
You have an excellent level of English and a very good knowledge of French and German;
You have a Bachelor's degree in law or similar;
You have proven relevant experience in corporate housekeeping;
You are able to work autonomously.
The assignment is on a full-time basis for a 6 month period, starting as soon as possible.
