Already in 2013 Lexius Staffing was planning to transform the Brussels office in order to create a modern and efficient working environment with more room for receiving our tax and legal candidates. After lots of examinations, meetings and deliberations with the Brussels city hall administration Lexius Staffing received the final building permit in December 2015. Here we will show you some pictures of our plans. |

Minimalism and functionalism We will transform our Brussels office in a more efficient and modern way. The interior design will be focused on the purpose of our working spaces in view of the needs of our employees, customers and candidates. One of our main objectives is creating more meeting rooms to meet more candidates simultaneously. These meeting rooms are at the core of our business, that is why so much attention was given to these rooms. After completion, our candidates will be received in the best and most comfortable circumstances possible. |

Daylight and garden
In a city center, open space is always in short supply and the same goes for natural light. Many studies have found that people feel more at ease and work better in environments where daylight can permeate. That is why we have made great efforts to make sure our people and candidates will be connected to the world outside our office. We will place a 4m high glass wall instead of the existing exterior wall allowing daylight to reach most of our offices. After the transformation you will be able to look straight in our garden on entering our building.
