Our client is a major international Luxembourg law firm. It provides advice and services of the highest quality and acts on behalf of a large number of issuers and financial institutions.

In view of its continuous expansion, our client is now seeking to strengthen its team with a banking and capital markets lawyer with at least 3 years experience.

You will advise both domestic and international clients in a wide range of banking matters, including regulatory and financing work, as well as equity and debt capital markets’ transactions, including public offerings and private placements, EMTNs, structured notes and applications for listing.

You hold a law degree, completed by an LLM or other post graduate degree;

You have a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in banking and capital markets’ transactions in an international law firm;

You have a perfect command of English and French, knowledge of German is an advantage;

You have a hands-on approach;

You propose innovative solutions and provide tailor-made advice.
