Our client is a major player on the energy market with headquarters in Brussels. It seeks to hire an interim lawyer on a full-time basis until 31 December 2013.

Function

Profile

You have a Belgian law degree;

You have at least 7y experience as external or inhouse counsel;

You have experience in corporate and commercial law, both B2B and B2C (market practices, distribution law etc);

You might be required to contact the FSMA in order to ensure that newly developed products do not qualify as insurance products;

You are bilingual French and English and ideally you also master Dutch.

Offer

The interim position is from 1 August (19 August is also acceptable) to 31 December 2013.
