Interim lawyer corporate governance

Our client is a major retail company.

It seeks to hire an interim lawyer for 3 to 4 months.

Function

1) devise and outline the corporate governance policy concerning the legal department in coordination with the company general counsel and

2) share best practices from previous experiences.

Profile

You have a Belgian law degree;

You have at least 10y experience as inhouse counsel with responsibility for managing a legal team and/or responsibility for corporate governance with in a major company;

You are bilingual Dutch and French.

Offer

The interim position is for a period of 3 to 4 months.
