Our client is a major insurance company located in Brussels and part of an international group. It offers a full range of products and services adapted to the needs of its clients.
Currently it is looking for a legal manager in social law for a 3 month mission extendable by another 3 months.
Deal with the day to day labour (individual as well as collective) and social law issues of the company;
Animate a working group on “end of career” measures and/or on meal vouchers;
Possibly assist in drafting of Collective Labour Agreements.
You are Belgian qualified lawyer, ideally with an additional degree in social/employment law;
You have at least 4 years of relevant experience in social and labour law;
You are either a Dutch or a French native speaker; knowledge of English is a plus;
You are a good team player with strong communication skills;
You are client oriented and discrete.
