Our client is a well-established international law firm with an outstanding reputation in Luxembourg. It provides full service advice and transaction support of the highest quality.

In view of its further expansion, it is now seeking to strengthen its team with an investment funds lawyer with at least 6 years’ experience.

You will assist clients in relation to all aspects of investment funds, ranging from the drafting of articles of association, the setting up of funds, their liquidation, the drafting of the contractual documentation and the drafting of prospectuses;

In doing so, you have direct client contact, including with asset managers, financial institutions and professional financial services providers, and will participate in and/or conduct negotiations, meetings and conference calls;

You will oversee the work of more junior team members.

You hold a university law degree;

You have at least 6 years’ working experience in corporate law or in investment funds;

You are able to work autonomously and in an organised way;

You are perfectly bilingual French and English; other language skills are an asset.
