Our client is seeking to reinforce its Luxembourg legal team by hiring a corporate or private equity lawyer with 3 to 5 years’ experience.

You will be involved in all legal issues relating to the activities of our client.

• You are a Luxembourg, Belgian or French qualified attorney specialized in corporate law and/or private equity;
• You have between 3 and 5 years’ experience in a Luxembourg law firm;
• You are fluently bilingual English/French as you will almost exclusively work in English;
• You are a team player and you are highly motivated.

By joining the small legal team of our client, you will be as close to the private equity business as you can possibly be as a lawyer.
