Our client is a major industrial company with a business division based in Charleroi.

Function

Your primary focus will be identifying and accommodating legal risks to which the company is exposed when submitting its tender offers or when negotiating sales contracts. Its sales contracts are often international and applicable law can vary. Most contracts and contacts will be in English.

Profile

-You have a Master's degree in law;

-You are bilingual French/English;

-You have between 5 and 10 years of experience in commercial law and international contract law and have a good knowlegde of (private) procurement contracts;

-You have a hands-on approach and are able to work autonomously;

-You are flexible in terms of mobility and able to travel to Charleroi when needed.

Offer

The assignment is a full-time teleworking assignment for a duration of at least 3 months, but probably longer. You are able to travel to Charleroi any time it is needed.
