Our client is an ICT infrastructure and service provider in Brussels. It is looking for a generalist legal interim manager who is able to deal with company issues ranging from labour law, corporate housekeeping to contractual matters.

Function

As a legal interim manager, you will be the company's solo legal counsel. You will advise in matters such a labour law and will report directly to the company's CFO and CEO.

Profile

You have a Belgian Master's degree in law;
You have between 5 and 10 years of relevant professional experience as attorney, company lawyer or legal interim manager;
You are able to work in English and master French and/or Dutch;
You have the maturity to work on a solo basis and to report directly to the CEO and CFO of the company and functionnally to the in-house counsel of the mother company.

Offer

The legal interim mission starts in November 2019 for a minimum of 12 months -renewable- on a full-time basis at first and evolving into a 4-day mission later on, spread over 2 Brussels' sites.
