Our client is active in the real estate sector.

Function

You will assist the client in its M&A projects (due diligence, contract review, contractual negotations).

Profile

You have a Master's degree in law;
You have at least 5 years of experience in M&A;
You have experience in the real estate sector;
You are bilingual Dutch/French;
You are able to work autonomously.

Offer

The project will start beginning of February and last for approximately two months. All work will be done remotely.
