Teleworking

Our client is a large group that provides financial services.

The legal interim manager will immediately start working in the Contracting Team. This team does the following:

• Contract drafting and contract review of supplier agreements. Agreements are both IT agreements and other agreements (consultancy agreements, facility agreements, marketing agreements, outsourcing agreements,…);
• Managing supplier agreements templates;
• Giving advice about supplier agreements;
• Supporting the drafting of intra-group agreements and advising on the intra-group framework;
• Supporting outsourcing projects.

The focus will be on supplier agreements.

• You have a Master's degree in law;
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a lawyer and/or as in-house counsel;
• You are independent and immediately available; 
• You are trilingual (NL/FR/EN);
• You have the following skills: taking ownership, contract drafting, contract review, effective communication, accuracy and attention to detail, problem solving, managing multiple priorities.

The legal interim mission starts from the date on which you can make yourself available (as soon as possible) until 31 July 2021, 4 days/week.
