Our client is a major real estate company.

Function

As legal interim lawyer in corporate law, you will assist the secretary-general in all matters relating to the corporate governance and corporate housekeeping of the holding company as well as of the many project companies.

Profile

As a legal interim manager in corporate law, you have/are:

a Master in Law delivered by a Belgian university;
between 5 and 12 years' professional experience in corporate law;
trilingual NL/EN with a good knowledge of French;
rigourous and fully autonomous;
very good in written communication;
experience in a listed company is a plus

Offer

The legal interim assignment is for a period of minimum 6 months on a full-time basis or at least 4 days/week on a telework basis until the end of the Covid-relating teleworking requirement, after which you will be expected to work in the Brussels' offices of the client.
