Lexius Staffing is a very successful and dynamic executive search firm specialised in high level searches for permanent as well as for temporary staffing solutions in the legal, fiscal and compliance fields. In view of its rapid expansion, it is now looking for a consultant to join its Brussels team.

Lexius Staffing was set up in 2011. It has known a steady growth and in the meanwhile represents a series of leading companies, law firms and consultancies.

At present, Lexius Staffing has offices in Belgium and Luxembourg and services clients throughout Europe.

Our consultants are all lawyers, fiscal specialists or compliance officers with extensive private practice or in house experience.

Function

As a Lexius Staffing consultant, you will define the search profile of the candidate in close collaboration with the client. You will be in charge of the preparatory research and will meet selected candidates for interviews. You will be in regular contact with the client to report on progress and will ultimately present the client with a selection of suitable candidates for the position required.

Profile

You have at least 4 years’ experience as a lawyer or tax professional.

You are perfectly at ease in French, Dutch and English.

You care about people and are a good communicator.

You like the challenge of a difficult search.
