Our client is a major player in the financial industry. In view of temporarily reinforcing its corporate law division, it seeks to employ a M&A lawyer with at least 6y inhouse or private practice experience for a period of between 6 and 9 months.

Profile

You have a Belgian, French, Dutch or German Master Degree in Law;

You have more than 6y experience private practice or inhouse experience as part of an M&A team;

You are bilingual French and English.

Offer

The interim position is for a period between 6 and 9 months.
