Function

Hogan Lovells is seeking to engage a Mid-Level Associate to join its lively, busy Life Science practice in Brussels.

Profile

You have a Master's degree in (EU) Law and you have between 2 and 4 years of experience in the life science department of an international or large Belgian law firm;
The successful candidate should have experience in advising pharmaceutical and/or medical device companies on the EU provisions governing their products. This would include classification and regulation, clinical trials, data privacy issues, and promotion and marketing activities;
The successful candidate should have a high level of fluency in English and preferably French; fluency in other languages is a plus. Please note that Hogan Lovells' Life Science practice does not include competition or trade advice.
