Our client is a magic circle law firm. It is seeking to expand its litigation practice with a French speaking white collar crime litigator with at least 3 years relevant experience.

Function

You will join the litigation department. This department provides a one-stop litigation service and this means dealing with a wide variety of major cases in areas such as banking, construction, bankruptcy, product liability, fraud, M&A and white collar crime. It also has an important national and international arbitration practice.

This department consists of 3 partners and several litigation associates.

Your work will mainly consist of white collar crime litigation, but you will also practice litigation in other areas.

Profile

You are a Belgian-qualified lawyer specialized in white collar crime litigation. You have at least 3 years of relevant experience acquired in a well-reputed law firm;

You are French speaking or have an excellent mastery of both oral and written French. You also speak English and ideally but not necessarily Dutch;

You have a proactive attitude and are eager to participate in the further development of the law firm;

You are a self-starter and a leader, able to manage your work in an independent way, but in close collaboration with the other members of the team.  You are very client-oriented and are able to build and develop commercial relationships.
