NBG Asset Management Luxembourg is a Chapter 15 investment fund management company. It is the Luxembourg subsidiary of NBG Asset Management M.F.M.C, an established European asset management that invests in shares and bonds through Luxembourg FCP’s and UCITS.

NBG Asset Management Luxembourg is looking to hire an Administrative Officer to support its growth. The Administrative Officer will be responsible to manage the administrative part of the business and to support the conducting officers in their duties.

Responsibilities include:

• Organizing and implementing an efficient administrative working environment;
• Taking initiatives related to a better functioning of the team on an administrative level;
• Working closely together with Conducting Officers to ensure that all the tasks designated are implemented, including tasks unrelated to administrative support;
• Support the organization of Executive Officer’s meeting and Board meetings;
• Support the Conducting officer in their duties regarding risk management, compliance, oversight of investment management, distribution and other delegates;
• To be the link with the delegates and counterparties;
• Take phone calls, organize meetings

• You have 2-4 years of working experience;
• You have a Master's Degree in Law, Economics, Finance science or engineering or equivalent and reside in Luxembourg (Grande Région);
• You master English and a good knowledge of French is a plus;
• You are able to work in a multicultural team and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proactive, multi-tasking and can-do attitudeFlexible and detail-oriented mindset;
• Willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges and to be autonomous;
• You are proficient in Word, Powerpoint and Excel;
• Some basic knowledge of the Luxembourg funds regulatory environment is a plus
