Our client is a leading international consultancy organisation, offering a broad array of services in audit, tax, corporate finance and other business performance issues. Worldwide it has offices in all major business locations.

In view of its continuous growth, our client is now seeking to strengthen its tax team in Antwerp with a specialist in compensation & benefits taxation.


You will be responsible for handling a variety of national and international tax planning issues in the field of human resources, including the taxation of:

internationally mobile executives, secondments, salary splits;

expats, directors and management companies;

stock options and employee participation schemes;

end of career planning and deferred payment structures

Besides advising on these issues, you will also draw upon your expertise in tax compensation  and  benefits  compliance  for  the  calculation  of  income  tax and complex payroll scenarios.


You  hold  a  Master’s  degree  in  law  or  economics  preferably  with  a supplementary degree in tax;

You have between 3 and 8 years’ relevant experience in compensation and benefits taxation;

You consistently produce high quality work and supervise and motivate the other team members to do the same;

You  have  excellent  client  relation  skills,  you  provide  exceptional  client service and other stakeholders;

You are a team player with a positive attitude and a good communicator;

You detect business opportunities and assist in developing these;

You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English.
