Our client, a bank, is looking for a LIM with substantive syndicated loan experience under LMA-documentation, preferably on a full-time basis but for no less than 3 days/week, from mid-July to mid- November.

The LIM will be required to screen the transactional documents in project finance and acquisition finance files (facility agreements, surety documents, intercreditor agreements, legal opinions).

You hold a Master in Law and have at least 5 years' experience in reviewing syndicated loan agreements.
